HRIS Implementation using OrangeHRM and Freshworks
This project involved the setup, configuration, and implementation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using OrangeHRM and Freshworks to streamline the company’s HR operations. The goal was to digitize and centralize HR processes such as recruitment, employee management, attendance tracking, and leave management—especially for teams working remotely.
