I currently serve as Managing Director of a startup IT company, where I have successfully established and implemented the core processes, systems, and policies necessary to ensure sustainable and efficient operations. As my contract concludes, the organization is now well-structured and positioned for continued growth.
Previously, I held the role of Marketing Director at an IT company, where I oversaw multiple departments, including operations, administration, engineering, technical support, IT, and human resources. My role required both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence across the organization.
I am proficient in a wide range of business and productivity systems, including QuickBooks, vTiger CRM, Freshworks, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, and various other digital tools.
